Olivia Eads is a sophomore from Washington, D.C., double majoring in Political Science and Psychology. Growing up in the nation’s capital sparked her interest in global affairs, and classes at Hopkins have further honed her interest in international law, security studies, and strategic competition. On campus, Olivia is involved with the travel Model UN team and the Alexander Hamilton Society. She views the Foreign Affairs Review Journal as an additional opportunity to engage in meaningful academic research in order to communicate the complex relationship between political power dynamics and real human lives.
